Service Description

Blending gentle movement and deep stretching this class combines shorter and longer holds (taken from Yin and Yang styles of Yoga) to allow the practice to work into muscles as well as deeper into the joints. Perfect if you're looking more for flexibility than strength from your Yoga practice - ideal for runners and cyclists or anyone looking for something to complement cardio or strength work. Or perhaps you're looking to maintain / build mobility but not in a position to build strength at the moment (do let me know injuries / conditions when you book). Or simply if you're looking to feel less stiff and achy working from home!
